Minors Policy

1. Our commitment

Bossa Companion maintains zero tolerance for any form of exploitation or exposure of children and adolescents. Under no circumstances do we allow:

• Sign-up or use of the Platform by anyone under 18;
• Generating, sending, requesting or sharing material depicting children or adolescents in a sexual, violent or exploitative context — even if fictional, synthetic, animated or AI-generated. Such conduct is a crime under Arts. 240 to 241-E of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent;
• AI Companions of ambiguous apparent age, or with features suggesting minority in any sensual context;
• Attempts to bypass age verification, whether through a forged document, use of someone else's account or biometric fraud.

2. Reporting

Inside the app there is a report button on every message and every image received in a conversation. That is the fastest channel and needs no email. To report a Companion, a post or a story, use the email address below. Reports may also be sent to abuse@bossacompanion.com. We cooperate fully with investigations into any crimes against children and adolescents.

3. Specialised moderation

We use specialised tooling to detect CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) and related content, including:

• Automated classification by apparent age;
• Content moderation systems with dedicated detection for categories involving minors;
• A human review queue trained in specific procedures.

Positive detections trigger immediate suspension of the Account, preservation of evidence and notification of the competent Brazilian authorities, as required by law.

4. No profiling

Any behavioural profiling of minors is prohibited. As a result, we run no behavioural analytics on accounts before age verification has been confirmed as complete. Unverified accounts are covered only by anonymous aggregate metrics.

5. Contact for parents and guardians

If you are a parent or legal guardian and suspect a minor is using the Platform, contact abuse@bossacompanion.com for immediate suspension and data removal.
